ご意見のチップですが、チップはツアーにご参加頂いたお客様から、スタッフへのサービスに対してのお心づけとなりますので、ツアーご参加前にツアー代金に加算すことはできません。ツアー最後に楽しんで頂けたようでしたらお客様に金額を決めて頂きスタッフに渡して頂くのがチップとなります。日本にはない習慣になりますが、弊社はアメリカの会社になりますので、アメリカの習慣をご理解頂けたら幸いです。ご意見ありがとうございました。

ご来店ありがとうございます。悪天候であまり楽しめなかったとのこと、とても残念でした。
セルフガイドツアーについて説明致します。セルフガイドツアーは経験者の方々のツアーとなりますので、レッスンのような細かい説明はございません。
ご来店時に経験を確認させて頂き、その際に「海での経験がある。頻繁にSUPに行かれる」とのことでしたので、天候の説明を含む基本の説明のみでのご案内でした。
風が強いこと、川での練習もご案内させて頂いたかと思います。天候により海でのSUPは厳しい場合もあることは記載させて頂いております。私どもで天候をコントロールできたらよいのですが。。。
こちらのツアーですが、SUPレンタル($69)、島への上陸許可証($3)、防水バッグ($5)、シュノーケル($25)、ボディボード($15)、自転車($20)、ロッカー($5)、ワイキキからの送迎($30)、ランチ($10~15)、ビーチチェア($10)、ござ等、全てが含まれるお得なツアーと自負しております。
もし、次回お越しになる場合、天候の確認をされてからご予約を頂く、もしくはガイド付きのレッスン等もご検討頂けたらと思います。ありがとうございました。
