The sail was not hoisted once plus disregard for environment
Reviewed by: Lily, 2024/05/30I was expecting to be sailing since we were aboard a sailboat. I was very disappointed and expressed my interest to sail with the crew (the wind was awesome) they said we could sail back. I brought this up several times and got other passengers excited about it as well. The crew decided we didn't have enough time even though we waited at the snorkel spot long after everyone had come out of the water. We did not get to sail back. Additionally when we were snorkeling I saw a turtle covered in fishing line all tangled up... I pointed this out to the crew and they said "oh well we cant touch them" with complete apathy.
It was quite depressing and the apathetic unenthusiastic crew just made it worse. Seek another sailboat tour. Maybe they will actually sail.

なんともいえない感じでした
Reviewed by: mami, 2024/05/26英語スタッフのみとあったので覚悟して行きましたが、やはり全て英語でした。また、一緒に参加する方も日本語を話せる方はおらずという感じでした。
また説明ではあまり聞いたことのない英語もあったので、雰囲気で理解しましたが周りの方に合わせて動けば何とかなりました。
船はとってもカッコよくて、どこでもいいからゆっくりしてねという感じで自由に過ごせました。写真映えは最高です。
シュノーケリングは日本で何回かやったことがあるのですが、ハワイの海は波が高いので思ったように動けず、少し恐怖もありました。腰につけるライフジャケット？は脇下と腰に２つ付けるとなんとかなりました。外すのは絶対ダメという感じでポイントを知らせてくれる方と船の上からしっかり見ている方といらっしゃったので安全面はしっかりしているのかなという感じでした。
海亀は海面に浮いてきたり、泳ぎながらも見れたのでよかったです。
波が高く、船も結構揺れるので船酔いをする方は酔い止め絶対にいります。あと、お腹が空いたり、暑さもあるので、水分と軽食があってもいいと思います。お金を払えばソーダやお酒は提供してくれます。

Wonderful to be out on the water; we saw a couple of turtles on the way out and a couple more while snorkeling, as well as a variety of fish. Would recommend this excursion to others.

The water was a little cold but refreshing! There was volleyball game and that was great fun! The lunch was delicious and plenty of food! We enjoyed being able to purchase drinks as well!

I enjoyed every single second of this experience and very grateful to have been apart. Would definitely recommend. Weather was perfect even though it rained briefly it still was amazing. Volleyball was fun and snorkeling was even better. Sen a few turtles because then dip out pretty fast lol. Lunch was great with drinks and world glass special wine if you choose lol. Also had a convenient restroom. Shuttle pick up was convenient with breathtaking views on the way there. Loved it!!!!!

If I could afford to come back to Hawai’i I would definitely rebook this experience ! 10/10

It is a smaller boat which creates a more personal atmosphere, but we still had a lot of room onboard plus we got to sit on the net. Again, big mahalo to the crew! We got to surf a few waves on the boat lol. 10/10 highly recommend.

そして英語圏ではない人が居ても、ゆっくり話すなど気を使うこともなく、全て英語での説明でした。
海亀は会えましたが、その日はあまり居なかったのか海面に上がってくる子に2、3回会えた感じでした。

Great time, great crew!
Reviewed by: Chris A, 2024/04/27Everything from the transportation from our hotel with our driver/tour guide Kaplan, to our cruise and adventure with Captain Jason and his crew were fantastic! They were knowledgeable about the reef and sandbar, and were clearly passionate about its care. Snorkeling was great, and they took great care of those that couldn't swim well or needed extra help with the equipment. The activities on the sandbar were fun, and the ability to chill on the boat and enjoy the provided snacks & beverages was nice as well. In the way back to our hotel, Kaplan stopped to let us get Malasadas at Leonard's! Highly recommended... 10 out of 10!

Awesome tour!!
Reviewed by: Luis, 2024/04/24This was a very cool tour! This was my friends and I first time visiting Hawaii and this tour made it very memorable for us! It was a lot of fun sitting on the net and getting splashed by the waves. The staff was super friendly and amazing. We got to see sea turtles and other marine life. Only downside is that there are other tour boats in the same location. So there's about a hundred people snorkeling in the water and it gets crowded super fast. People bumping and pushing each other or kicking each other in the water. Kinda felt like the scene in titanic lol. Other than that, it was a very cool tour! I'll definitely do it again when I plan my next trip!
I also recomend you bring a GoPro camera to take videos and photos.

Well-thought out itinerary and extremely acommodating!

- Available bins to store your items once on their boat [useful as a family member nearly dropped their phone overboard within seconds of sitting down]
- Included spam musubi and soft drinks
- PRESCRIPTION/Rx snorkeling gear [lifesaver as contacts are not an option while swimming and this is an amazing option that I never knew existed]
- Charismatic and protective crew [they keep the mood light and ensure you are well taken care of]
What I could change:
- Weather [though out of their control a lil extra sun wouldn't have hurt outside of a potentially bad sunburn]
Would I recommend this to others? Absolutely! I have already shared my positive experience with my extended family.

Once in a lifetime experience

Anthony, the captain, was personable and informative. He was happy to answer a LOT of questions, and provided insight into Hawaiian culture throughout the experience. When it came time to enter the water, Claire was an outstanding guide. She ensured that the kids (10 & 12) felt confident with the unfamiliar snorkeling equipment, and took the time to locate and identify a variety of sea life. The crew made this a memorable experience for our entire family, and we highly recommend this experience for visitors to Oahu.

We learned a lot about the history of the sandbar as well as got to enjoy the water and sandbar area. We got lucky with the weather since it rained earlier in the day. The provided snacks and musubis were excellent. We were sad when it ended, but brought back many memories.

They were punctual, the equipment was in good condition. Turtle Canyon has turtles, but lots of other tour boats. They were very situationally aware which kept us safe. We also got some bonus dolphin activity on the way out and back. Two thumbs up.

Highly recommend, kid and family friendly.

The boat was very nice as well lots of seating and a restroom on it. Lunch was good burgers were tasty overall the only down fall was no cold water after the first like 15 min. So I would suggest bringing and insulated bottle thats filled. Would for sure recommend and do it again!

Such a fun day!

Pickup was well organized and on time. The ride out to the boat was pleasant.
The crew in itself felt like family. They were the nicest people, very welcoming and knowledgeable.
Captain even jumped in the water with the kids and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Bbq lunch was great.
We saw manta rays and turtles that came right up to the boat,it was a really wonderful day and I can’t tell them thank you enough.
I will absolutely book this again next time we visit.

Friendly crew and so much marine life

The crew were such a pleasure to be around every one of them was nice, knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was small but that was the best part because then we had a much more intimate experience and were able to feel comfortable with our crew(not hard they were all so nice). We were out for over an hour but could hang out on the boat and reenter the water whenever we felt like. The boat had a nylon strap front you could sit on and get wet which we did on our way back to shore after the snorkeling. It was a great relaxing and fun time. Definitely would recommend this company because the price is great, the crew was amazing and the trip was not overly packed.

Reviewed by: Joseph, 2024/04/11Had an amazing time with Captain Bruce on the Kaneohe sand bar cruise! From the get-go, Jeff, Josiah, and Karen were super kind and welcoming, making sure everyone on board felt at ease. They had snacks and drinks ready for us, which was a nice touch.
One of the highlights for me was definitely swimming with the turtles. It’s not every day you get to do that! And I’ve got to give a special shoutout to Karen. She was a real star, especially with my mom who's a bit uneasy in the water. Karen made sure she felt safe and enjoyed her snorkeling experience. Plus, the way she helped us retrieve my dad's forgotten sunglasses turned into a hilarious moment we all shared.
This trip is a must-do for families looking for a fun and memorable day out on the water. I’m already looking forward to my next trip with them. Absolutely a 10/10 recommendation!
